The network maintenance work is now finished and all cloud servers have been brought back online.

We've performed various testing to ensure services are running smoothly but of course if you run into any issues following the work please let the team know and we'll get them resolved.

Hello,

This is just a reminder that the scheduled maintenance we previously notified you about is due to proceed in approximately 20 minutes (at 8pm).

All cloud servers will be shut down whilst we carry out network maintenance. Further updates will follow as the work progresses.

Just a quick update to clarify timings around this maintenance period.

Although we will be on-site working on the required maintenance from 7:30pm, the impacted services will not be shut down until 8pm.

We will be performing some planned network maintenance beginning at 7:30pm on Thursday 1st May, during which all hosted services will be shut down for a period of time.

Impacted services include all cloud servers, email firewall, and shared hosting.

Updates will be posted on our status page throughout the work and a final update will be provided once services are back online.
