All VMs have been migrated to a new cluster, this was planned for the future and brought forward due to this issue. Full redundancy is restored.

All services affected are now back online and the failed node is being investigated and repaired after which full redundancy will be restored.

Sorry, but we're currently experiencing an issue with one of our cloud server nodes.

Some degradation of performance is expected for the Email firewall, Shared hosting and Cloud servers.

The team is currently investigating the issue and we will update you as soon as we know more.
