Performance since the server reboot has been much improved and this issue is now believed to be resolved.
We'll continue to monitor all affected services but expect no further incidents.

Sorry, we are currently experiencing some I/O related performance problems on a subset of Cloud Servers and one of our Shared Hosting nodes.
A reboot of the hardware hosting these machines has been scheduled for 6PM BST today (18/10/21) to resolve the issue.
