The scheduled maintenance is now underway. We'll keep you updated on our progress.


Our upstream network provider will be performing a reload across their access routers located within the Gatwick datacentre. This maintenance will bring all firmware up to date, to help improve security and availability of their access network.

No downtime is expected as our networks are connected with dual/redundant feeds however due to the nature of the work our upstream connection should be considered "at risk" for the duration of these works.
