The issue was confirmed to be a problem with the BT Fibre network. Throughout the night they worked on a resolution. They have put in place alternate equipment to bypass the affected networks but a resolution has not been confirmed.

We would expect normal service to be resumed at this point, but if you are still experiencing issues we will continue to monitor the status and update once resolution is confirmed.

There is currently an ongoing issue with internet speeds that appears to be effecting a large geographic area and multiple customers of our upstream provider.

We apologise for any inconvenience and will update this notice as the issue progresses.
