Due to some unexpected errors during the upgrade process, the server has been reverted to a known good configuration.

We have rescheduled the upgrade and in the meantime will be working to resolve the errors discovered during the upgrade process.

New upgrade dates:

  • SH2 - 19/03/2026 20:00
  • SH1 - 26/03/2026 20:00

All services are back online, please contact us if you have any issues with your website(s).

We will be performing an upgrade of the shared hosting platform nodes below on the following dates:

  • SH2 - 05/03/2026 20:00
  • SH1 - 19/03/2026 20:00

Which server is my domain on?

There will be a period of downtime on each node throughout its upgrade. Services affected are as follows:

What IS affected:

  • Websites hosted on each node
  • Email accounts hosted on each node
  • Access to manage DNS records and other control panel functions

What is NOT affected:

  • DNS resolution for hosted domains - although the configuration of DNS is managed on this platform, live queries are handled by other servers
  • Websites or emails hosted outside of each node (Microsoft 365, Azure etc..)
