The identified routing issue on BTs network has now been resolved by BT engineers, and the legacy BlakeLAN number is operational again.
you will always be able to reach Wessex IT on this number but we do encourage customers to start using the Wessex IT main number 01403292930.

Please be advised there is a fault with the legacy BlakeLAN telephone number 01273564092. if you dial this number you will get an engaged or line busy tone. No other numbers are affected.
We have investigated and identified that the issue is with BT upstream from our phone system and BT are now working on the fault.
For all customers used to dialling the legacy BlakeLAN telephone number, you can call the Wessex IT main number on 01403292930.
