Issues continue for some customers with Microsoft 365 mailbox access and email send or receiving.

Microsoft are continuing to investigate the root cause of the issues. Their current status is as follows:

We continue to suspect a potential DBEB issue as the source of impact and are reviewing associated Exchange Online Protection (EOP) telemetry data. In parallel, we continue to collect information from affected users to aid in our investigation.

We will continue to monitor and provide updates as available. Next update will be by 8:20am 02/03/2023

Customers now known to be affected in multiple ways above and beyond email delivery. This a Microsoft 365 wide issue that we will continue to monitor and update you with progress. Please be aware our email systems are also affected during this incident. For urgent support please call the service desk on 01403 292930 option 1.

Next update due by 20:00 01/03/2023. We hope that service will resume before then.
