Cloud Platform Hardware Upgrades
The upgrade works are now complete and no impact to service was observed.
Reminder - the power supply and heatsink upgrades are going ahead as scheduled this evening. 2100 is the planned start time and we expect to be finished by 2300.
As this is a fully redundant platform no customer impact is expected to any services.
Please be advised that we are upgrading power supplies and some CPU heatsinks in our cloud platform nodes. As this is a fully redundant platform no customer impact is anticipated. All affected workloads will be migrated away from each node one-by-one as the upgrades are applied.
