Restores of Shared Hosting nodes 1 and 2 have now fully finalised and are no longer "at risk".

One large Cloud Server for a single client remains with issues but recovery is progressing well. ETA still <0900 BST.

Shared Hosting node 2 also required restore from backup. Both are dated and timed 05/06/24 at circa 2200. Both are online and services operational with the backup restore "finalising" behind the scenes.

Separately we are also working on a couple of customer Cloud Servers with ongoing issues. We're working through these as quickly as possible but at this time expect all to be restored prior to 0900 BST.

Most Cloud Servers are back online. Shared Hosting Node 1 will need to be restored from backup which is commencing imminently. Shared Hosting Node 2's status not yet clear. Thank you for your patience.

Recovering

The storage rebuild has complete and we're in the process of checking all Cloud Servers and their dependent services. Our Email Firewall service is now operational. Shared Hosting is still affected.

During some clean-up tasks at approximately 1830 following yesterday evening's maintenance a switch uplink was disturbed which has caused a problem with storage for our Cloud Platform. A number of Cloud Servers are currently offline, which may also be affecting Shared Hosting and Email Firewall services. Apologies for the inconvenience. Please keep an eye on our status page for further updates.
