The maintenance is now complete.

Due to the method used for the upgrades, only around 30% of cloud servers required a reboot. The remaining machines were migrated between hosts whilst online and had no service interruption.

The planned upgrades are currently ongoing.

No cloud servers have been rebooted so far, but we're still expecting to reboot most of them a little later in the evening.

Scheduled

We will be performing scheduled reboots of all cloud servers on our platform. It's possible, but not guaranteed, that a 2nd reboot will follow for some machines later in the evening.

This includes shared hosting, email firewall, and all customer cloud servers. Impact should be minimal, and last only a few minutes in most cases.

Normal service will resume following the reboots. If you run into any problems with your service following the maintenance, please let the team know.
