Resolved

All affected databases have now been reimported successfully and are back online. A server backup has been taken following successful repair.

An investigation into the initial cause of the InnoDB issue is now underway.

Recovering

Good morning. We are currently recovery from a database problem on one of our two Shared Hosting nodes (SH1) due to a problematic InnoDB database file. If your website is not affected then you are likely not on the affected node (SH1).

All databases are currently being backed up, dropped and reimported to resolve the issue without data loss. Next update by 1200. Thank you for your patience and understanding in relation to this unplanned system fault.
